Bad mood! Ate okay yesterday… worked hard at work… alright day nothing fancy. My roast beef turned out okay, just didn’t buy the greatest cut so it was a little tough.
EATS so far:
Shake- ~135 cals, my usual strawberry protein
Orange- ~65 cals
Small peanut butter butterscotch square- ~150 cals
EATS to come:
Soup for lunch ~250 cals
Popchips ~110 cals
Same weight this morning! 192.6 can’t be mad about that…

I’m just in such a bad mood today. I screwed up my hair dyeing it, tried to re dye it to fix it and it didn’t work. So now I’m gonna try one last time after work. I hate looking like a freak with my hair up I never wear it up! Anyways… I ate ok yesterday but had an extra slice of pizza for supper so I did a bit of my kettle bells but I was totally un motivated.
I tried again to make a protein mocha frap but it was lame so I had prob 100 calories of it. I’m on lunch now had some gumbo soup, some snap peas and some popcorn. Tonight I’ll attempt to make a roast beef… Oh joy lol I love to cook but I’m not a beef person!
Weighed in 192.6lbs but I dunno how truthful because it wouldn’t really settle it was 193.8 then settle at the 192.6. Oh well. Maybe I’ll do some Just Dance 3 while my hair dye is developing lol
Yesterday was an alright day… could have done better, should have drank more water. I indulged in the things I wanted to but in moderation! I know I’m going to have a 6 inch sub from Subway for lunch and finish off my last 2 slices of chicken pesto pizza for supper. Going to bring half a mango for mid morning snack and maybe a serving of pretzels for mid afternoon snack.
SHAKE this morning was my usual faux strawberry milkshake.
140g frozen strawberries
1/2 scoop vanilla cream protein powder
water & ice blended
= ~ 135 calories
I also jumped on the scale and to my surprise it was 193.0lbs… last Monday when I started this I was 198.2lbs… so I’m happy with my results but I know the first week the weight comes off the fastest. I need to buckle down and eat a little cleaner!
Ok so I blabbered on yesterday how I was going to do better than the day before, but truth be told- I didn’t. But that doesn’t mean I didn’t eat in moderation. I had 2 pieces of pizza for lunch and 2 for supper. HOWEVER I didn’t have much more on top of that besides my morning shake, a piece of chicken & some popcorn. I didn’t feel guilty because I spent most of the day cleaning! Tonight I’m going to a special supper at a friends place that consists of breaded deer steak, breaded veggies, caesar salad & greek salad. So I’ll try to scrape off some breading (not a big fan in general anyways) and see if the caesar salad doesn’t have too much fatty dressing otherwise I’m down for that greek salad!
Morning shake:
1/2 banana
1/2 scoop vanilla cream protein powder
2tbsp PB2 peanut butter powder
blended with water & ice
= ~165 calories mmmmm
I also popped on the scale this morning like every other morning and to my surprise I was down again! 193.8lbs!
Yesterday I didn’t eat the healthiest what-so-ever! But the things I did eat- pasta & pizza.. I ate in moderation. I had a small serving of penne with tomato sauce and veggies and skim mozza with my chicken breast for lunch, then for supper I had 3 pieces of chicken pesto pizza which was loaded with fresh veggies mmmm. I did have 2 cookies and a 100 calorie ice cream treat as well but that’s all i ate besides my shake in the AM, so I would count that as successful FOR MYSELF! For a lot of people that might be an off track day, but for me it was eating the things I craved in moderation.. usually I’d have triple as much pasta and almost double as much pizza, followed by pop, chips the whole nine yards. ANYWAYS.
Breakfast shake (becoming the usual)
140g frozen strawberries ~55 calories
1/2 scoop Vanilla Cream protein powder ~70 calories
1 small packet of great value natural stevia no calorie sweetener
Water & Ice
= ~125 calories of awesome strawberry healthy “milkshake”
(the small packet of sweetener helped so much in the sour department!)
NOW, I know today for lunch I’m going to have 2 leftover pieces of pizza but I will eat in moderation for the rest of the day!

Yesterday for lunch I had too much shake n bake chicken, so much that I was still pretty full at supper, I had a small bowl of cauliflower and brocolli with skim mozza and penne, but then my genius self decided to make white chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies! Yum, I had two small ones. I did some Just Dance 3 to sort of make up for my eating, but as the scale showed this morning… no such luck!
Breaky shake!
1/2 cup frozen strawberries ~65 calories
1/2 scoop Vanilla Cream protein powder ~70 calories
1/2 cup of water
4 ice cubes
= ~135 calories! It has a slight strawberry milkshake taste but a little on the sour side, so I think next time I’ll add a small packet of stevia or some other natural no calorie sweetener!
The scale went up a tad today, weighed in at 195.2lbs :(
I WILL KEEP ON TRACK THIS WEEKEND!
Yesterday I splurged and went overboard. Along with a little bit heavier meals I had a few handfuls of chips and a small pack of m&ms. A little overboard but I’m not gonna let it get me down! OH but I also had chicken breast & veggies for supper rather than the roast beef I talked about! So that’s ok!

2TBSP PB2 Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder ~45 cals
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Cream Protein Powder ~70 cals
5 Ice Cubes
= ~165 cals
For lunch my moms bringing leftover shake n bake chicken, I will bring a small salad to eat with 2 medium pieces.
I have leftover spinach and feta stuffed chicken breast for supper! I’ll probably have a salad with that, maybe a side of rice or small potato if I stay on track for the day!
Also weighed in at 194.8lbs with the same pjs on as normal!

Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They’ll be ready in about an hour! | Such a great healthy summertime snack.
only 70 calories per pan too!
